Singing at the Capitol

After three snow days with no school this week, the weather warmed up enough for H's school to open. Today they had scheduled to sing at the capitol so it was perfect timing! Usually there are school groups scheduled all week to come and sing but they are the only ones who have shown up so far because of the snow. V's school is still closed today so she was able to come and watch too.

The kids took the school bus over which was a treat for H. They were so cute and she did a great job singing her little heart out. Our other pictures didn't turn out very well so hopefully someone will share theirs with me and I'll post more then. Is it just me or does she look more like a young lady and less like my baby girl here? She's going through a growth spurt and getting taller all of the sudden.

Here you can at least see the capitol (a photo I borrowed from their website) all decked out for Christmas–the kids stood on the stairs. Hope to have more photos soon...

*Update: No one's photos turned out, must be the lighting in that large area.*
